Case[]
Details: Thirty-seven-year-old Adolph Altuve is a former associate of drug lord John Roubas. In November 1988, he was arrested in the Dominican Republic and charged with being involved in Roubas’ operation. It was alleged that he was a pilot who flew drug shipments as part of it. However, he was acquitted at his trial in April 1989. A friend gave him an alibi, claiming he was too physically debilitated by drinking and depression to fly the planes.
New charges of drug trafficking were later brought against Altuve. However, police have been unable to locate him.
