Details: Collette Peters of San Juan Capistrano, California, is a nationally-awarded figure skater who apparently witnessed UFO phenomenon on two occasions. When she was nineteen, she was in New York City when a strange man, with no apparent facial hair or imperfect features, passed her whom she believed was one of the "Men in Black". She believes that her encounter with him had something to do with her previous UFO experiences.
