Case
Details: Several years ago, Dennis Keith Smith was arrested and incarcerated for the murder of his own sister, but after he left prison, he once again reverted to habit and murdered Carolyn Killaby of Vancouver, Washington.

Results: Captured. Dennis Keith Smith was arrested by the New Smyrna Beach Police in Florida after a traffic stop on February 4, 1997. During questioning, he tried to escape and was shot to the neck by a police officer. Smith survived long enough to go to trial and recieve a conviction in the trial. He committed suicide in prison in November 2005.
