Case[]

Details: Forensic psychologist and amateur genealogist Dr. David Faux has claimed to have strange psychic occurrences while searching through his family tree. He was trying to locate information about his great-great grandfather, Charles Faux. He learned that Charles had been a sergeant in the British army during the 1800s and was involved in the colonial campaigns of India and Pakistan.
David then began having strange recurring dreams about Charles and his family. In the dreams, he realized that Charles and his family were in a painting. In 1987, David and a friend traveled to England. While at the Noriwch Castle, he found the exact portrait of his ancestors that he had seen in his dreams. It had been created in 1860 and featured an older man, a young woman, and a small child. The man had three specific medals on his jacket, which were the same medals that had been awarded to Charles Faux. David believes that he was guided to his deceased relatives by the relative's spirits.
Extra Notes: The case was featured as a part of the January 6, 1995 episode, along with Carol Montrose and Hank Jones.
