Details: Felipe de Jesus Corona was the architect of the tunnel used by drug lord Rafael Camarena. Camarena used the tunnel to smuggle drugs from Mexico to the United States. In May of 1990, authorities discovered the tunnel but by that time, both Camarena and Corona vanished. They are both wanted for drug trafficking and smuggling.

Corona was also the architect of tunnels used by drug lord Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán.
Results: Captured. Corona was arrested in Mexico in 2003, three years after Camarena was arrested. He was found guilty of drug trafficking and was sentenced to eighteen years in prison.
