Details: In early July of 2005, the MS Brilliance of the Seas set sail from Greece to Turkey. On July 5, 2005, a newlywed passenger named George Allen Smith was discovered missing by Jennifer, his wife of ten days. Royal Caribbean ruled that George had died accidentally, probably fallen overboard while drunk. But the FBI, George's family, and many investigators believe foul play was involved. Blood was found in his cabin and on the side of the ship where he supposedly fell over and drowned. Two Russian men, Greg and Zach Rozenberg, were the last people seen with him before he vanished. In 2006, Royal Caribbean agreed to pay $1 million to George's estate, but the case still remains unsolved.
