Real Name: Glenn Loney
Case: Unusual Phenomenon/Psychic Dreams
Location: New York
Date: 1972

Case[]

Details: During the winter of 1972, New York professor Glenn Loney claimed that he had a bizarre, vivid dream. In the dream, he was driving when he approached a bend in a road. A car driving in the opposite direction had a trailer attached to it. Suddenly, the other car lost a wheel from its trailer. He woke up right as the tire was about to hit him.
Six months later, Glenn was with another professor on a business trip in a part of the country that he had never been before. While driving, he realized that they were on the same road that was in his dream. The same thing happened with the other car and the trailer wheel, except in real life he was able to swerve out of the way just in time. An Atlanta psychologist named David Riebak, along with his wife, have studied these unusual cases of psychic dreams.
Extra Notes: The case was featured as a part of the October 21, 1992 episode about psychic dreams, along with Rhonda and Roxanne Anderson and Catherine Webb.
Results: Unsolved. Prof. Loney passed away on April 16, 2018 after a battle with brain and lung cancer. He was 89.
