Details: Joanne Chesimard was apart of the Black Liberation Army and serving a life sentence for her role in the death of New Jersey State Troper, Werner Foerster in 1973. Joanne managed to escape from a Clinton, New Jersey prison. When last seen Joanne Chesimard had black hair, brown eyes, was 5'7" tall, and weighed 135-150 pounds. Chesimard has scars on her chest, abdomen, left shoulder, and left knee.
