Details: Fifty-five-year-old attorney Jorge Taracena of the law firm Toplitzky & Taracena allegedly headed a twenty-three member insurance fraud or Swoop and Squat ring that caused over thirteen accidents in a three-year period. He vanished in 1992 before he could be arrested. Taracena faces charges of insurance fraud, conspiracy to commit a crime and money laundering. He is described as 5'7", and weighs 160 pounds.
