Details: Lori Smith is the long lost sister of Lorelei Smith. Lorelei was the only daughter of her adopted parents, but she always sensed that she had a missing sister. However, everyone told her that this "sister" did not exist, but she knew she had one. She said her sister had blonde hair and was pretty, and at that time in 1959, she did indeed have one named Lori, who was 1 1/2 years old and living in Alaska, even though Lorelei was in New Mexico. They soon met and learned that they had more in common than their first names. They both owned horses, both played the flute and guitar, and both learned sign language even though they didn't know any deaf people. Some doctors believe that their connection is genetics, but an exact explanation cannot be determined.
