Details: Two-year-old Seth Arathorne is the son of Joyce Johnson and Garth Arathorne. Joyce filed for divorce in 1993 and Seth began living with her in Vandalia, Ohio. On April 22, 1994, Garth picked his son up for a regular visit and never returned. This occurred just two days after their divorce was finalized. The two were last seen at an airport customs station in Toronto, Canada. Joyce fears that her son is in danger while he is with his father.
