Details: Obas is wanted for his involvement in the torture and murder of Richezza Williams, a 13 year old runaway from New York in July 1996. The other participants in the murder, Corey Maeweather and Kwame Henry have been arrested, tried, and convicted for their involvement and sentenced to Life without Parole. However, Obas remains at large.
When last seen, Obas was 5'10" and weighed 130 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and has scars on the left arm, left leg, and left thigh. He was born on September 24. Obas born in Haiti and he may hiding there. He also could be in New York City or Canada. Obas should be considered armed and dangerous.
