Hi, welcome to Unsolved Mysteries Wiki! Thanks for your edit to the Andy Cook page.

Please leave a message on my talk page if I can help with anything! -- Thor2000 (Talk) 01:54, December 4, 2010 Hi I would like to obtain the CD for my uncle Brendan Vaughan that was aired dec 1, 1993 episode. Lost friends kennedy home for children. Please, please if you could help me in anyway I would appreciate it. My name is Susan Vaughan. Please contact me at sue7v@yahoo.com. Thank you!!!!

New Links[]

Don't add anything to the links I created Saturday Jan 8. I've got those pages ready for the site; I'm just waiting to add them later in the week after I proofread them a bit and double check some of the info. Thanks again for being part of the Unsolved mysteries Wikia! Thor2000 16:33, January 8, 2011 (UTC)

Slow Down![]

Thank you for all the new entries you've added to the Unsolved Mysteries Wikia. I've just got one problem: you're posting them faster than I can proofread them and add them to the appropriate Case Files list. I've gone through the updates list and there's several that went by I never even recieved alerts for. Can you take a break for a few days for me to catch up? Two things you can do to help:

1. Don't include info in parentheses. Try and work it into the regular text.

2. Try and include a line like this ---- under links and above the tags to show a break

Again, I hope you are appreciating the site and thanks for all the help. Thor2000 17:38, February 1, 2011 (UTC)

I appeared in the Unsolved Mysteries episode about Todd Mueller and I wanted to know what episode it was and when it first appeared. Furthermore, I would like to see if I am listed in the credits. If not, I would like to rectify that situation!

  • David, here's a link to the segment:

  • Right now, I'm not sure what episode it is. There is no definite case list by episode and my episode list is the closest thing I can come up with. I can check and look up a few things, but it may take a while. 17:30, February 9, 2011 (UTC)

  • Before you add any more episodes, make sure you're only adding new cases and not just links to old cases otherwise it's just a bunch of new links already covered in the series; that's why I don't list repeats. Thor2000 17:27, July 13, 2011 (UTC)

Renaming Pages[]

If you are going to rename/rework any more existing pages into new entries, let me know where the original bio pages are otherwise it just looks like you're replacing old pages with new ones. Thor2000 17:26, July 25, 2011 (UTC)

Another thing, if you're going to continue to rename pages, at least keep the superior version and don't forget to create a lonk in the proper case page, otherwise you've just got a name going to the wrong bio. because the pages get renamed doen't mean the links change. Thor2000 16:08, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

I need to know if there's any new cases in the episodes you're adding to the case files page. I worked really hard to create a list that listed episodes by new case only and it seems all the episodes you've been adding is old material from previous episodes. Nothing new there. Thor2000 15:41, August 22, 2011 (UTC)

A lot of people on different sites have been asking about a list of the episodes that were made on Spike. Do you think I should make a new page and put those episodes there?

I'm not sure what you're speaking of; Are you talking about new cases featured for the first time on Spike? If so, they should be listed in the episode list omitting reused cases like I did when the series was on CBS. Thor2000 15:36, August 23, 2011 (UTC)

Well, the cases that are featured on Spike were never new cases, they were just old cases that were profiled on the original show that Spike "revamped" to make it more modern. I was thinking of making a new page that will be called "Spike Episode List" that has the list of episodes with the old cases as they appeared on the show.

I think that would be overkill unless you can explain to me why you think we need a page like that. I created the Case Files page to list new cases by episode which is why I worked hard to eliminate all the reruns and tried to stay to all new cases. Several cases did get repeated because of the three episode guide versions I had to work from, but as long as the pages sticks to the format I already created, I don't understand why another Episode List is necessary. Thor2000 15:54, August 23, 2011 (UTC)

It's just that some people were asking on different sites about a list of the cases that Spike re-aired, so they know what cases are in each episode. I know they all aired previously on the show, but for some reason they want to know which cases were together for which episode on Spike.

You can place info like that under Comments, since is its related to production as well as start a new Category for such cases underneath as Category: Spike-TV Cases" instead of a whole new page for them. That way, just clicking on that category, visitors can see all of them. While I'm on the subject, I try to keep the Categories related to just the cases, not the updates. Sidebar, do you click the "Follow This Page" link on the bottom when create a page. It would be helpful at least to me that you know just how I'm editing your pages in sync with the other pages so I don't have as much to have to do when I log in. Also, click the ~ tab four times at the end of your messages four times to "sign" them. Thor2000 16:09, August 24, 2011 (UTC)

Note About Your Cases[]

In the Legends Cases, I usually reserve Descriptions for describing the locations the case occurs, not the case. Check out several of my earlier pages for examples.

Another thing, several of the phenomenon and cases can be covered and treated less awkwardly by describing them through the people unvolved as Unsolved Mysteries Cases, which is why I usually separate them as the case involved between Legends and Unsolved Mysteries. Now that there's a page for Investigators, that can be used to cover other awkward segments that don't fit the subject templates. Thor2000 15:48, August 27, 2011 (UTC)

If you're going to add photos, don't place them in the text because that creates a gap in the text. Place them up top with a space before the text starts so they are in the upper right corner without violating the text. Furthermore, use RIGHT and 350PX as placement and size. Check out the corrections I've done to see what I mean. Thor2000 14:32, September 15, 2011 (UTC)

Melvin Wilson[]

I am curious as to how you found the information on the aliases Melvin Wilson used. I did not see aliases mentioned on the Unsolved Mystery episode. I am his daughter. Vicki.wilson 15:40, January 5, 2012 (UTC)

Thank you,

Louis Carlucci[]

Hi, I saw the September 2011 photo of Louis Carlucci and I was wondering if you could give anymore information on him. I believe I am his daughter and I would like to at least know if he is dead or alive. Any information or if you can just point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Even if you could at least give me the state he is in it may help.

Elinna A Pagan

Hello Elinna! It's great to hear from you, but the picture I have on the page is from 1988, not 2011; I posted it in September of of 2011, but it was from the show in 1988. I think the best way you can find information is if you go on the official website: unsolved.com go to the tips section, and explain to them about it because I don't know what became of him after he was released from prison in 1994.

Hope this helps!

His trial is slated to start March 19,2011 suspected in Lori Zimmerman's death

what made u add this

Thank you for even mentioning the kidnapping of Malikia Logan. Growing up a 16yo getting news that your sister (paternal side) was kidnapped is still a nightmare. After 23yrs of this tragic event happening to my family, you never get over the pain. To this day, we always think of her and of her innocence. God bless my family...

Arthur Lopez Jr.[]

Hi, I was wondering if you have the episode of Arthur Lopez Jr. on video. Would you? 00:11, May 28, 2012 (UTC)

The episode is on youtube and is titled, "Unsolved Mysteries, Wanted: Author Lopez Jr." although it is rather low quality. Dang, I was hoping you had a better video yourself (I knew of that version). A friend of mine played a character on the video.

Jacqueline Dowaliby[]

The photo you have as Jacqueline Dowaliby isn't her but instead is Kayla Roland. A 6 yr old girl murdered by her first grade classmate in the early 2000s.

Sorry about that, I put the picture on because I typed in "Jacqueline Dowaliby" on google images and that came up, but after I looked up Kayla I realized that it was of her. I put a new picture on that I'm certain is of her on the page now- Unsolved243

Your picture of Wendy Von Huben, is not actually Wendy, but another of Angel Resendiz's victims - Claudia Benton. Please update your information.

Thank You,

Cases with unknown airdates[]

I notice on the the Sitcoms Online UM board (where I post under the named unsolved88) that you said that you only added cases to the Wikia that have some tangible proof that an UM segment for it existed. May I ask where you found out about the following segments that have never been aired on Lifetime?

  • Sherry Lynn Marler
  • George Decker
  • Holly Marie Andrews
  • Kim Nguyen
  • David Blaszczuk
  • John E. Warren
  • David Rodriguez
  • Jerome Alan Bargo
  • James and Dorothy Carlson
  • Jameika Porch
  • Janice Pockett
  • Robin Ann Graham
  • Jonelle Matthews

I'm curious as to where/how you found proof that there are segments devoted to these people because I've never heard of most of these cases outside of the Doe Network or Charley Project. I'd love to be able to find some of these segments on tape. Someone has to have them somewhere.

Bobby88 (talk) 04:42, July 15, 2012 (UTC)

Hi Bobby,

Those cases above I posted on here was because there were threads created on the um message board that had articles stating that these cases were featured on Unsolved Mysteries. I'm not 100% certain that the case existed, and there is a chance that most of the cases were mistaken to be on the show by the people who wrote the articles. However, there is also a chance that they were filmed but not aired, or that the cases were placed in a special alert.

Brendan Vaughan[]

I would like to know how I can get a CD of my uncle Brendan's show which aired on Dec 1, 1993. Lost friend of Ton Vaughan. My uncle was Brendan Vaughan. Show was kennedy home for children. Please help! Ty!

Forgot to leave my User ID for the above Case Kennedy home for children. Ty! Sue7v

Hello Sue! It is great to hear from you, but I'm sorry that I don't have an actual copy of the episode.

I also could not find an English version of the episode online, but I did find a Spanish version of the episode on Youtube.

This is a link to the episode's update:

And someone of the Unsolved Mysteries Sitcoms Online message board may have a copy of the episode.

Hope this helps!

Amelia Earhart[]

Can you plese improve the Amelia Earhart Page?

video clip available for "kate" - paranormal psychic fraud[]

I am interested in seeing a particular segment from unsolved mysteries that you posted about - It's the paranormal psychic fraud "Kate" who apparently sweats gold and produces objects, gems, necklaces from her eyes and ears. I believe it originally aired during season 3,  episode 7 on Oct. 31, 1990. I see that you have video stills and i was wondering if you had that segment available to view? I'm an artist trying to make a video peice based on this woman and I'm struggling to find this particular episode to watch.

Thank you!!

Arthur Lopez Jr episode

Do you have this episode on tape or something? I've been looking for a copy of it, as I know some of the victims.

The Treasure of Poverty Island[]

About the story of the Treasure of Poverty Island on Unsolved Mysteries: The story was modified slightly from the orginial version I told to Cosgrove and Muier the production company that did the story for NBC. The actual program was cut by two minutes so that it could be squeezed into the 200 Anniversary show. Also, if we wish to use my photo or video work please give me a credit line. On a more positive note: The info you display is as accurate as could be expected given the less than 6 minutes the program ran.

Catherine Ford[]

I think you are the person that contributed the information for Catherine Ford.  I wonder if you could tell me which police station to be in touch with to get more information on the case?  I would like to add her to the "Maryland Missing" page. My email is z.donna@yahoo.com.  Thanks

Charles Lazarus Bible[]

My 3rd great grandfather is Alfred Lazarus. His brother was Charles Lazarus. I wonder if the bible mentioned in unsolved mysteries is his? K wang Pigsetc@yahoo.com

Dear Unsolved 243...I'm a visual reacher for True TV in the UK and I'm looking to license the photo of Jaclyn Dowaliby that you've posted.

My name is Susan Hillman. Dian Lenore Harlin may be my first cousin. I just had my family tree done by a friend and she found her. I've been looking for all three of my cousins. I'm sorry to see she was murdered and it's currently unsolved.

Anyway, I don't know if you wrote it or contributed to it, but thanks.

Behrman Case composite[]

Do you recall where you found the composite drawing in the page for the Jill Behrman case? I was asked where it came from, but since I didn't post it, I don't know where it came from. Where do you get it? Thor2000 (talk) 20:15, May 6, 2015 (UTC)

  • I actually found the composite sketch on the original Unsolved Mysteries website back in the early 2000s. I found it by going on the "Internet Archive: Wayback Machine" website. It is at the bottom of Jill's page.

Hope this helps!

  • Thanks for the response. A reporter in Indiana following the case was asking me its origin. It appears it might have been part of the episode. Thor2000 (talk) 22:19, May 6, 2015 (UTC)

Web Exclusive[]

What is "Web Exclusive?" This isn't one of the Tags I started for the site? Thor2000 (talk) 19:08, December 15, 2015 (UTC)

I don't know who started it, but people were putting it on the cases that are posted on the Unsolved Mysteries official website. They are videos that Unsolved.com has made with interviews by family members and law enforcement officials. I think they started last year. Unsolved243 (talk) 19:43, December 15, 2015 (UTC)

I'm not going to pull the "tag" now because it seems as if you've already added it to twenty plus cases, but I wish whoever had started it here had asked me first. I don't like being difficult, but I don't go adding new stuff to other people's sites, and I had hoped I'd get the same respect here. Don't worry about it. Thor2000 (talk) 22:01, December 15, 2015 (UTC)

Alice Composite[]

Where did you find the picture of Alice and did you find the composite in the original segment? I find both Sam and Alice the scariest composites I have seen.

the UM on Amazon Prime is disappointing and I wanted to see the other segments and special alerts!

I got the picture/composite of Alice from the original segment. Unfortunately, it is not on Amazon Prime. I agree that it's disappointing that a lot of segments and special alerts that I haven't seen before are not actually on there.

could the idea show here on Alabama page be extended to the other states of the United States

sorry for the late talk Mr Taz (talk) 17:31, June 12, 2019 (UTC)

Hi,I’m looking for a place to view the segment on Joseph Rodia. I very much want to find this information for personal reasons. According to his wiki page it was first aired on November 22nd 1992, which is season 5 episode 11. However I could find not mention of him there. I also google imaged searched the photo attached to the wiki, but nothing turned up. Can you please help? Thanks, 18:56, May 11, 2020 (UTC) Mike999

Hi, you seem like someone who might be able to do trades with me?  I'm a big UM fan and looking to fill my collection. Would you be able to help me?  I see you upladed a photo of Season 8 pictures so I'm missing a lot from Season 8 and 9. can you email me?  mothwings@live.com  I'd appreciate it!

  • I didn't upload those. Someone linked them there from YouTube. Your best bet would be to search video-sharing sites for someone who has it. Thor2000 (talk) 18:10, July 3, 2020 (UTC)
