Details: Thirty-two-year-old William Korioth is wanted for abducting his two-year-old daughter, Windy, from her mother, Josephine. In 1989, Windy was taken from Josephine's home in St. Marys, Georgia by William. Her parents were in the midst of custody hearings when William set fire to a mobile home and tried to blame it on Josephine. When police called him in for questioning, he abducted Windy and fled. They have not been seen since.
Extra Notes: This case first aired as a part of the Special Live Broadcast on November 25, 1992.
Results: Captured. Thanks to a viewer tip, William was arrested in Ponca City, Georgia. Windy was reunited with Josephine at the Jacksonville, Florida airport. In order to elude detection, William had cut Windy's hair short, dressed her like a boy, and nicknamed her Shelby. He was living under the name "Ryan Lindsey".
William was later released on bail; a preliminary hearing was scheduled for January 4, 1993. Further details are unavailable.
