Details: Two-year-old Windy Korioth is the daughter of Josephine and William Korioth. In 1989, she was taken from Josephine's home in St. Marys, Georgia by William. Her parents were in the midst of custody hearings when William set fire to a mobile home and tried to blame it on Josephine. When police called him in for questioning, he abducted Windy and fled. They have not been seen since.

Results: Solved. Thanks to a viewer tip, William was arrested in Camden County, Georgia. Windy was reunited with Josephine at the Jacksonville, Florida airport. In order to elude detection, William had cut Windy's hair short, dressed her like a boy, and nicknamed her Shelby.
